Lance has substantial experience in Estate, Business, Real Estate, and Tax Law. He is admitted to practice law in Wyoming, Colorado, and before the United States Tax Court, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Wyoming State Bar, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council.

Lance is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Wildlife Federation and past president of the Wyoming State Bar Foundation. He also serves as a mediator in trust and estate matters.
Lance formerly served as an adjunct professor at the University of Wyoming, College of Law teaching the course of Advanced Business Organizations, and he has also taught several continuing legal education courses in probate, estate planning and administration, and business planning.
Born and raised in Star Valley, Wyoming, Lance is an avid hunter and fisherman. He spends his free time enjoying Wyoming's wonderful outdoors with his wife, Amy. He also enjoys time spent with his three daughters and grandson.
